MSNBC - Further facts !

As promised here is the next break down of the accusations made by Chris Hayes in reference to the Bush administration errors

Torture and Disruption to our Civil Liberties.

 George Walker Bush

1.     Guantanamo – while fighting the enemy we captured many Al Queda soldiers, officers and leaders. We wanted to end the terror against the United States, and these captured culprits “alone” were held, detained questioned (in ways some object to), BUT they were NOT KILLED, and a few released as our national security specialists deemed appropriate, being the ones in charge and closest to all investigations.

2.     Patriot Act – allowing for the government to wiretap and access business records if deemed security risks.

Barack Hussein Obama

1.     Drones – Two months ago the Senate released the number of people Mr. Obama has “KILLED” with is “HUMANE” tactic: Drone Attacks > 4700 people. According to Wired.com. the statistics were compiled by the Bureau of Investigative Journalism and publicly valuable news reports. Micah Zenko of the Council of Foreign Relations claims the casualties to be lower, 1700 causalities. These numbers don’t  take into account the numerous souls now living injured, blind, without limbs or having trauma from the attacks.

2.     Patriot Act - Not only did Obama extend the Patriot Act, it was the reason he was able to track down and kill Osama bin Laden. Obama's Administration says that without these authorizes, the FBI might not have been able to obtain information needed to capture him.

3.     Lets Add!  -  Obama added the National Defense Authorization – over night after New Year's Eve so the public would not notice, he signed the National Defense Authorization, allowing him to “indefinitely detain U.S. citizens captured here or abroad", in other words the power to target U.S. citizens even for assassination. He actually expanded on the Patriot Act, giving the government broad new powers in the "War on Terror".

4.     Lets Add some More! - Boston - he went house to house searching for an American Citizen wanted for murder, yes suspected of terrorism, but nonetheless with disregard to the 4TH AMENDMENT'S restrictions on search and seizure. America for the first time Saw how easily the government can take over your civil liberties.

On the biased and non newsworthy material provided by MSNBC,
lets look at Martin Bashir's show yesterday - April 29, 2013

Using a "whiny sounding voice," he goes on to read a post made my Sarah Palin. He goes on to compare her to what he called "her reality show" equal: Snookie. He continues by describing her as someone "slumped alone and discarded as rubbish", he called her a "non-entity". He called her hopeless and mindless.  He said that bitterness and jealousy mark her character, and that America proved too smart for her. I guess to MSNBC badmouthing is news.

MSNBC can't justify Obama aid to Syria

After much thought I realized that MSNBC needs to be exposed, and it’s quite scary what is there.

April 25, 2013
I tried, I really did. I tried to see MSNBC as a news station dedicated to the truth, but today I put the station on again. Being covered was the George W. Bush Library dedication, and from the minute I was viewing their coverage, there was only derogatory remarks and disgraceful comments. I remember when the Bill Clinton’s Library was being dedicated, and Clinton made it clear that he didn’t like the fact that his Presidential biography in the his Library included the Monica Lewinsky scandal and his impeachment, yet  MSNBC didn't embarrass or humiliate the former President Clinton

What alerted me to expose MSNBC again was this comment: “Omission Accomplished,”  made by Chris Hayes. Who is this guy? I decided to check his credentials. He has only been in journalism for less than 5 years, of those only 2 with T.V. experience, and only with MSNBC.  He grew up in the Bronx, he has a bachelor’s degree (not in journalism, but in philosophy which he received only 11 years ago), and he hasn't completed any further academic achievements.

Omission Accomplished?  Really? The comments “allowed” on his show that night were:  Bush “was like a rock only dumber”, the Bush library was “a 250 million can of white wash”, and “Bush will recover his place as one of the worst presidents”, "You don't have to think about the Bush presidency it was bad.",  "Bush shouldn't have been president." While impeached former President Clinton was described as a political genius. I guess being kind or politically correct does not apply to MSNBC. Hayes even admits that his show is not, nor does it have to be nice; but liberals are nice, right? Don't they want to make the world peaceful and nice, and stopping the bullying? Well, then please Chris lead by example.

The broadcast emphasized what they call was Bush’s greatest errors. Let me break it down for you, and show you the hyprocracy and lack of journalistic integrity. The danger lies is the fact that a very large segment of America is being programmed. Do dictatorships and communist nations program their people? Yes they do! Let’s compare the alleged Bush errors to the Obama Administration's current actions; since maybe some of you may be smarter than you give yourself credit for. Unfortunately, the MSNBC lying meter is so big that I have to actually break down the articles:
First, IRAQ – (this will be followed by their charges of “torture”, “bad economy”, and “disruption to our civil liberties

1)      The Iraq war – George Walker Bush
a. This was a war launched against a man in search of nuclear weapons since the ‘70s.
b. Saddam Hussein used gas (weapon of mass destruction) to mass murder 5000 Kurdish people in his country.
c. On my August 2, 1990 Saddam Hussein launched an attack on another country: Kuwait.
d. Instead of removing him from power we “allowed” Hussein to stay in power, in return he had to agree to allow the United Nations to inspect his entire country for weapons of mass destruction.
e.  For 12 YEARs; let me repeat that – for 12 YEARS, the United Nations was mocked and their officers turned away, never being allowed to completely inspect the country.
f. The United States took the lead, with a “Constitutional” declaration of war, and with other countries, Hussein was ousted and given a public trial by his own country.

2)      Syria – Barack Hussein Obama
a. Syria has only had a civil war issue for a year.
b. Syria has not attacked any other country.
c. Syria is only rumored to have used gas on it’s people
d. Obama says he will interfere if they use chemicals, and he is funneling funds and weapons to the Syrian opposition –  while he is cutting back on our right to weapons and  Obama is firing federal employees, because he is giving the budget money for his office to Middle Eastern countries instead - over a billion in cash to the Middle East in the past 3 months.

I will leave you to digest.

Boston - A time to heal

Boston Marathon Bomb
http://www.theweek.co.uk/
Today was set for an extreme first analysis of MSNBC, but the news was overridden by what happened at the Boston Marathon. Sometimes, it is moments like that this, that we see real reporting. Maybe this is why many still stay tuned to the latest events on the network news stations. Maybe this is why we still hope and wait to find out the truth.

The station was filled with commentaries, pictures, and interviews. There were spokesmen, politicians, and celebrities all commenting on their reaction to this disastrous event. The competition between the network news stations takes them back to the old school method of journalism reporting. There was a time when the person who snatched the best story first was the best journalist.
The new more politically correct media is also caught between trying to figure out how much, and what to report. There was a time when words meant more, or had a greater impact. In the movies produced by Alfred Hitchcock, so much was left to the mind, and it worked back then. Today, people want more, and journalists are inclined to give them more; all in the name of ratings.
In today's news, MSNBC first  focused on the event, where and how it happened. The few pictures and access they could get about the story; then they became bolder, showing more carnage, and getting more direct stories from eye witnesses. The fact that we are "on day two" of the tragedy, and the story is still going on, is probably because the State Department hasn’t issued the “blame”, and like any good crime novel, we need a “who done it. ” Many in this nation have been glued to the TV watching the Jodi Arias trial, wanting to know if she killed or not. A terrorist attack on American soil would really need an ending.
My deep condolences and prayers go out to all who have been victim of this tragic event. I believe the media coverage has been fair, but it is best not to go too much further, if it is for the sake of ratings. Too much can be too much. It’s time to let us know more about the culprits and less about the carnage.  It’s also time for America to heal and pray for all victims involved, and make sure this does not happen again.

MSNBC - an analysis

After many years of being able to access news 24/7 in our nation. I realized that the definition of "news" has warped. An opinion can be news. It is not that in the past we didn't have journalists who had their own spin on the news, nor that journalists weren't asked by their editors to grasp your audience with colorful, descriptive, emotional words and stories; but it was just that - colorful, not skewed. The great reporters of the past put themselves in danger, investigated both sides with excitement to get to the "truth". There was no real agenda, the only agenda was the facts. The reality that facts are to be interpreted as it may, was up to the public and each person's personal opinions.

Today we have opinions, and many of them. We have entire cable station program line ups, exclusively for opinions, and MSNBC does an incredible job at trying to sway opinions. The hardest part to accept is that through the years we have heard of many wanting to limit campaign funding. Many have asked to restrict or define what is a campaign donation and how campaign donations should be accepted. All in an effort to be "fair" to all candidates. Well, what happens if a rich person buys a radio or television station and makes it a living and breathing 24/7 commercial for their political party, and then calls it news?

So today starts the MSNBC watch. A summary of their day's news: what is covered; how it's covered; the jokes acceptably said about any topic and anyone; how much time is devoted to their stories; how many times are they repeated, and so on. Is MSNBC a commercial? Does that mean that they, and the Democratic party, are breaking campaign laws? Is it legal to call some shows news when they are not balanced? These are extreme issues that need to be analyzed. If it is so that MSNBC is sponsored, supported, or run for campaigning purposes, bottom line, it is a federal offense. It breaks every campaign law on the books. If it is also using false advertising of any kind, that too is illegal.

MSNBC is an "infomercial" for the Democratic party "if" the Democratic party's agenda is the "only" one the station debates and supports. No more or less than any late night infomercial that tries to sell you a workout video for your health. As it stands, MSNBC already uses its "news reporters" in commercials; and no, not for a toothpaste or to remember their viewers to watch; but commercials telling you how to think. So in essence, they have no fear to take things further; they have commercials within their day long commercial programs. It's not only worth an analysis: It's a must.
